Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

●      Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

●      Massage package holders: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the session will be deducted from your package.

Payment Policy

●      A deposit is required to secure and book your appointment.

●      The remaining balance must be paid no later than the end of the day of your first scheduled service.

Massage Package Policy

●      All massage packages must be used within 60 days of the purchase date.

●      Unused sessions after 60 days will be considered expired and non-refundable.

Travel & Mileage Policy

A travel fee applies to appointments located more than 20 miles from your assigned nurse or massage therapist.
